Beaches

Dog friendly beaches Berrow Beach, Brean Beach & Brean Down Dogs are permitted at all times of the year on these sandy beaches. At Brean Beach and Brean Down, it’s possible to park your car directly on the sand – a great place for you and your dog to run free! Please take care at low tide

Dog Rules

Well behaved dogs and responsible dog owners are always welcome at the isle of Avalon touring park, we know how important pets are to guests and this is why we strive to provide an enjoyable and peaceful park for those with and without pets.

  • Please keep your dog on a short leash/lead in all arears where there are other guests.
  • Please refrain from extendable leads around the main facilities in front of the park reception / shop.
  • Please keep dogs tethered, within the boundaries of your own pitch.
  • If your dog is likely to bark, whine or get distressed while you’re in reception / shop, please do not leave the unattended outside.
  • Prolonged or frequent periods of barking / woofing / whining is likely to impact on the relaxation and enjoyment of other guests so please do try to be aware of this and take the necessary actions to ensure a pleasant experience for all.
  • We do understand that its not always possible to predict how your dog will take to a new environment, especially if its your pet first holiday however it’s your responsibility to ensure other guests are not being disturbed.
  • Please only leave dogs unattended on your pitch In your unit if you are certain they will not become distressed or cause any problem’s for other guests. (In extreme heat we ask dogs not to be left in veichel/tents alone at any time).
  • Dogs are Not to be walked or exercise by children at any time in the park.>
  • We ask all dog owners do a visual check of their pitch before leaving to ensure the next guests doesn’t get any unwanted surprise.
  • We reserve the right to to refuse or ask customers to leave should their dogs behaviour cause a nuisance or upset to any other guests, this includes showering aggressive behaviour or if owners are not abiding by the site regulations.
  • Dog parking is provided outside all buildings.
